Terms & Conditions for ReclaimIt

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ReclaimIt (the “App”), operated by Eugenio Keller Puente (freelancer, Spain). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License & Permitted Use
ReclaimIt is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for commercial purposes, resale, or distribution.
You are allowed to share screenshots or screen recordings of the App publicly, provided such sharing does not misrepresent the App or violate applicable laws.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Modify, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or copy the App.
- Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to bypass or abuse in-app purchase mechanisms or restore features.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or security.
4. Photos & User Responsibility
All photos accessed through ReclaimIt belong exclusively to you, the user. The App only provides an interface to help you review and manage your Photos Library.
You are solely responsible for reviewing content before deleting any photo. When you delete a photo using the App, it follows the same deletion process defined by iOS and the Photos app, including placement in the “Recently Deleted” album for up to 30 days.
The App is provided “as is”. The operator is not responsible for accidental deletions, user mistakes, or data loss resulting from the use of the App.
5. Data Loss & Limitation of Liability
ReclaimIt relies on Apple’s iOS and Photos framework. Any deletion, recovery, or retention of photos is ultimately managed by Apple’s operating system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for:
- Loss of photos or other data.
- System errors, iOS bugs, or Photos app behavior.
- User misuse, misunderstanding, or incorrect actions.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Purchases & Payments
ReclaimIt is free to download with limited functionality. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks the premium version. All payments are processed by Apple via StoreKit under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Prices may vary by country. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple: Apple Support. The App supports Restore Purchases using Apple’s systems.
7. Apple Disclaimer
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Any claims, support, or maintenance related to ReclaimIt must be directed to the operator, not to Apple.
8. Streaks, Gamification & No Guarantees
Streaks, reminders, and progress indicators are motivational features only. ReclaimIt does not guarantee storage savings, performance improvements, or specific outcomes. Results depend entirely on user behavior.
9. Termination & Availability
The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated. Features may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
12. Language
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
